Judge Says Man’s Law Higher than God’s Law

September 11, 2014

Judge Heyburn declared in his ruling, “In America, even sincere and long-held religious beliefs do not trump the constitutional rights of those who happen to have been out-voted.” He most likely took his oath of office with his hand on a Bible and stated, “So help me God.” Moreover, he’s begging the question by asserting what he must prove—that same-sex marriage is a constitutional right. The framers certainly didn’t think so in the 18th century, or in the 19th century when the 14th Amendment was drafted.

This is the kind of thinking that has doomed this country.  My rights do not come from law, they come from God. To the extent that Government preserves and defends those rights, it has legitimacy.  Beyond that, it does not.

On the subject of gay marraige, take the time to read “The Pink Swastika”.  It’s a pretty disturbing book and I think illustrates the kind of lunacy that we can expect from the gay movement in America.  It’s going to get a lot worse before it gets better.  You can find a copy of it here:
